"Why spend your money on food that does not give you strength? Why pay for

food that does you no good? Listen and I will tell you where to get food that is good for the

soul"  -Isaiah 55: 2 (NLT)

About Me

I am a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Dietetics.  In September of 2015, I enrolled in to IIN to achieve my Health Coaching certificate in September 2016. I married my best friend, Andrew Robinson, in October of 2010.  We now have two dogs, a boxer (Layla) and a rescue lab mix (Luke) and a beautiful baby boy, Colton Alan. My senior year at Oxford High School, I enrolled in a Medical Care class as an elective to substantiate my decision of pursuing a future in nutrition.  I have always had jobs evolved around food from pizza, to burgers and french fries, to a potato chip factory (UTZ).  I understand the hectic life American's have and I am here to help, nutritionally.

Nutrition is my passion:

I have always loved everything about running, from the wind blowing in my face to the sound of solitude and my own breath.  When choosing sports to play, from elementary school to high school, I always kept the cardio in mind.  During a run or workout, endorphins are being released from the brain.  These endorphins help contribute to the satisfying feeling after a good workout.  I want people to experience the amazing feeling I feel as a more cleansed individual.

I have not always liked vegetables, but as I grew older I realized it was not the vegetable I didn’t like, but the way it was prepared.  I believe that if everyone adjusted their menus and took the long way around rather than the short cuts; we could all live healthier happier lives.
